Jurisdiction and governing law

The Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New South Wales, Australia and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to the PDS

From time to time and where permitted by law, We may change parts of the Policy. If We do so, any updates which are not materially adverse to You from the point of view of a reasonable person deciding whether to buy this insurance

The General Insurance Code of Practice

The Insurance Council of Australia Limited has developed the General Insurance Code of Practice (“the Code”), which is a voluntary self-regulatory code.
